Return & Exchange Policy
At blaqpopgod, we stand behind every piece we create. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.
